1. Week 1

   Purpose: Define what is being adapted — and what is not

   What the System Builder does:

   • Review the purchased product with the System Adopter
   • Confirm adaptation scope (branding, content, permitted layout adjustments)
   • Clarify what falls outside implementation boundaries
   • Request required assets (logo, brand colors, typography, copy, media)
   • Set timeline and milestone expectations

   • Written scope confirmation
   • Asset checklist
   • Agreed timeline

   This phase prevents scope drift and protects system integrity.

2. Week 2

   Phase 2 — Brand & Content Integration

   Purpose: Apply identity and replace placeholder content.

   What the System Builder does:

   • Apply brand colors and typography within allowed parameters
   • Replace demo content with adopter-provided content
   • Adjust imagery and media assets
   • Ensure layout consistency remains intact
   • Maintain accessibility and structural integrity

3. Week 3

   Phase 3 — Structural & Functional Review

   What the System Builder does:

   • Check responsive behavior (desktop/tablet/mobile)
   • Confirm links, navigation, and content flow
   • Test forms or built-in features
   • Verify accessibility compliance remains intact
   • Clean up formatting inconsistencies

   • Refined version ready for adopter review

   No core architecture changes are introduced.

4. Week 4

   Phase 4 — Review & Revisions

   Purpose: Final alignment before handoff.

   What the System Builder does:

   • Collect structured feedback
   • Implement agreed revisions within scope
   • Clarify any out-of-scope requests separately
   • Confirm final approval

5. Optional Coordination

   Phase 5 — Pre-Launch Preparation

   If a System Launch Operator is involved:

   • Provide finalized build files
